Try: http://www.status.mydevil.net/status.html Opera 11.62 Win7 64bit, smooth scrolling disabled. Latest Opera Next build has also low scrolling performance.

They might not fix the scrolling problem soon, but they will probably refine HWA to make Opera run smoother.
