As an Opera 12 user I can tell you that yes indeed Opera will not only reach 1% but keep dropping until it is only included in the “other” collection.
If you want to use a very simple browser that looks and behaves like Chrome, you use Chrome.
You should include the O12 users as a separate statistic.
